This was my third trip to the practice. It was mid-afternoon and the office was busy. My appointment was at 3:30 and due to heavy traffic I arrived at 3:36 and checked in and was seated. When no one had called me by 4:15, I went back to the window and an embarrassed office person apologized and called me back immediately. I was to be put in an examining room, but another patient was already there. I was put in another room and sat on the examining table and took my shoes off. As soon as I had done that, another nurse came in and told me I’d have to move from that room because it was set up for a procedure on someone else.
The third room was the charm, and my short visit with Dr. Katz to pick up my orthotics went well.

Dr. Boss is wonderful. The assistant that cut my nails wasn’t. She clip my skin on my big toe it was bleeding she insisted it wasn’t. The said oh it’s bleeding and put something on it still bleeding. Then Dr came in told her to put ointment and bandage. Dr Boss said if it still bothers me to give her a call. This assistance gave me cool water to soak my feet. No way the nails were going to soften. Anyway Dr Boss wonderful Assistance not so much!

Entire staff make you feel welcomed and the level of professionalism is tops! Clear communication skills done with compassion. They made my imperfect feet feel & look so well and pretty. I highly recommend Dr. Katz!
