Suffice it to say I like to be treated as I would treat others. Dr. Robert Zatz and his apparently very competent staff do this. It is a relief to feel that individuals who are providing me with services which are difficult for me to do for myself are, in fact, treating me in such a manner. Dr. Katz has the ability to joke and be friendly and generally make me comfortable when I visit his office. When the need to be serious arises he talks to me as though I possess the ability to intelligently discuss the situation. Dr Katz and staff make me feel like I want to visit their office.

La atención del Dr.es muy buena y el resto del personal también, sólo hay una señora embarazada que necesita un curso de relaciones humanas, no es amable no saluda. Pienso que una buena atención es básica en cualquier empresa y más cuando se trata de la salud. Una sonrisa es el principio de la mejor medicina. Aún teniendo un tapabocas.en los ojos se refleja la sonrisa. La asepsia y presentación personal es igual de básica.
