Dr Boss has been awesome with my mom,mom had an infected toe and Dr Boss was able to save it and not amputate it,Dr Boss really cares about what she does to her patients.

I had gotten there at 7:30 AM due to numerous text telling me to please arrive early the door was closed I waited the 15 minutes before they unlock the door and let me in no big deal I was the only one there until another couple came in I had assumed I was the first patient for Dr. Emery who is awesome and her staff always is awesome as well I usually get the foot bath and was told that they only had three and they were already used which I could not understand how could that be when I just walked in at 7:45 and had an 8 o’clock appointment I didn’t make a big deal out of it but I thought that was a little odd I like to have the foot bath because it makes it easier for her to do what she needs to do on my feet but I very much admire and like Dr. Emery she addresses all my concerns I never feel rushed even though I have to work a full day after my visit I just have an ongoing problem that she is definitely doing her best to help me with other than that I am happy patient

Coming from a practice in Upstate New York, my visit here was exceptional. Staff was wonderful with my 93 year old mother. She had a diabetic foot check and toenails cut. They did a great job, the best ever. Would highly recommend Dr. Emery and her staff

Very professional staff with NOT too long a wait time!! Very important for SENIORS who do NOT want to waste their time as time is VALUABLE!! WE will plan another visit in the future!! Gave 4 STARS because NO ONE is PERFECT!!

As with most businesses they are short staffed. 45 minute wait time for info that could have been relayed via email or phone. Check out process also time consuming. 15 years ago things were different. Progress??
I would have preferred a phone call regardless of biopsy results.
