I was very happy with my visit. All of the office staff were very pleasant. Dr Emery was very attentive to my situation. She examined my foot X-rays & foot thoroughly. Spent a good amount of time about a treatment plan and offered different options for locations for pt. Also she also gave me advice on care of my foot and particular shoes that would suit my condition. I would highly recommend this office and Dr Emery.

Dr. Badell is very professional, kind & caring. She made sure that my injury was heaing correctly at each visit. I never feel rushed during an appointment. She takes the time to answer all questions & concerns! I appreciate her friendly reassuring manner.

Loved Dr. Nguyen. Amazing compassion and attention to detail.
However, the follow up for prescription to CVS is horrendous. Not sure what your workflow is, I’m extremely disappointed that my Silvadine prescription never made it to my CVS pharmacy.
I consider this to be a major CMS CAHPS error. I’m a Trustee of a Harvard teaching hospital in Boston. I’m surprised that with the use of the Athena Health Portal that my prescription never made it to CVS. I also received an email that my Athena Portal was deleted by Cortez.
Please get your act together.
