After I got in exam room, I was told Dr Katz was on his way to surgery so they weren’t sure he could see me & did I want to see another provider. I said no. He did see me but then I had to wait while he finished surgery to get my orthotic adjusted. I get a text in morning of appointment to remind me to be there & I’m sure the office knew Dr Katz’s schedule then. The orthotic was adjusted. Also based on what I paid for orthotic, I don’t think it should get a hole in the material.

Dr. Boss and her assistant were amazing! From the moment I stepped into the office, I knew I was in great hands! The time she took to answer any & all of my questions was very impressive. Her caring nature and professionalism is sumply unmatched. Thank you again!!
